Hello! I'm Erik Garpestad, an online coach dedicated to empowering my clients. My mission is to help you build a resilient body, cultivate an unstoppable mindset, and embrace a lifestyle centered around health and personal growth.

I have always considered myself an athlete. Ive played football from 6 to my early 20´s. Received my personal training education from AFPT right after and previously worked as a certified personal trainer at commercial gyms in Oslo.

Throughout the years, I have consistently faced challenges in gaining muscle mass. At the age of 18, I developed a genuine interest in personal development. Following a fulfilling conclusion to my football career, I sought a new mission.

This evolved into a commitment to become the best version of myself
physically, mentally and habitually. Now, a decade later, I have transitioned into coaching others, guiding them on how to transform their own lives and cultivate the person they can truly look at with admiration and respect. Let’s get to it!
